[SOLVED]Quick Question

Are we allowed to post certain tools, such as port scanners, brute force, etc. on these boards? I read the rules and I did not see anything against it, but also I do not see any forum for it. Just wondering.

If what you wanto to post are applications, then the PC Applications is the correct place. If they are Tutorials, then the Tutorial section is your choice...
